5. Cancellations and Returns

5.1 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date by contacting us at office@bellowbyhutcher.com or 07891377180. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable.

5.2 Returns
If you are not satisfied with your tree or any other product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion, depending on the issue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jolly and Pine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury.
